By checking the box, I agree I read and understand the rules of the Forfeited Land Sale and do hereby agree to the terms and conditions of the Sale as written. This agreement is including, but not limited to: ALL SALES are FINAL; that parcels are purchased AS IS; that IN REM properties are sold subject to liens; that the appropriate deposit/payment must be made, in CASH, immediately upon being the winning bidder; that any deposit/payment made the day of the sale is NON-REFUNDABLE; that all transactions are CASH ONLY; that the balance of all purchases MUST BE PAID by November 9, 2023 and that fees include the additional charges for deed preparation ($45.00), transfer fees ($.50), recording fees ($34.00 for the first two pages of the deed and $8.00 for each additional page), and current postage ($.60), which must be paid in addition to the bid price payment or deposit (per ORC Section 5723.12(A)). I also swear I or any entity I am affiliated with owe no outstanding real estate taxes on any property and I am not bidding on any property that people or companies I am affiliated with owe outstanding real estate taxes.
